ip-label has a dedicated Channel Team providing full support to our European and American partners. Our team is organised by geographical zones, focusing on France, Southern Europe, Eastern Europe, Northern Europe and the USA. Our Channel Managers are therefore committed to proving full support to their partner zones, offering local knowledge and cultural awareness.

She has thus built up substantial expertise in project management, pre-sales consulting, strategic marketing, product marketing, channel marketing and business development, combined with extensive knowledge of internet and telecoms technologies. David Wais, Channel Manager – France
After earning an advanced technician's diploma (BTS) in Business Studies and a Masters Degree from the Institut du Commerce et de la Distribution, he began his professional career in a work-study programme at a France Télécom business branch, where he headed sales of Internet products for education. He then joined Oléane as a sales attaché for SMEs/SMIs. In 2000, he was recruited by ISDnet / Cable & Wireless, and opened their branch in Nantes with a view to developing indirect sales. David then took charge of sale for customers of Print et Presse Magazine on behalf of Veepee. With this experience behind him, David brings to channel management first-rate knowledge of the key players and issues in the French Internet/telecoms sector.

A graduate of the French Institut National des Télécommunications with a Masters Degree in International Project Management from one of the leading French business schools (ESCP), Mylène has over 11 years’ experience in the Internet/Telecoms services sector, including two outside France.
David has been in charge of indirect sales to hosting companies, facilities managers and software companies since the start of 2007.
